Refund policy

Returns & Replacement Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with Yemeni Khalta Power. We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or tampered product, please share an unboxing video or photos with us on WhatsApp (+91 9058892292) within 48 hours of delivery for a quick resolution or replacement.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will transfer the amount directly via UPI or bank account details provided by you.
